Communists – Popular Left is a minor communist political party in Italy. The party was formed in July 2009 as a split from the Party of Italian Communists (PdCI)[1][2] and is led by Marco Rizzo, who had been earlier expelled from the PdCI.[3]
The first congress of the party was held on 6–7 November 2010.[4]
